Image Conversion Without Uploading
Most online image converters send your files to a server, convert them there and send them back. These tools work differently: your browser does the conversion itself, so your photos stay on your device. It's faster for large batches and safer for private images.
Each converter accepts many files at once. When you convert more than one image, you can download all of the results together as a ZIP file.
Choosing the Right Format
- JPG: the most compatible format for photos. Small files, but lossy and without transparency.
- PNG: lossless and supports transparency. Best for screenshots, logos and images you want to edit, but files are larger.
- PDF: the easiest way to share several images as one document or to print them.
- HEIC, WebP and AVIF: efficient modern formats with small files, but not every app or website accepts them.
- SVG: vector graphics that stay sharp at any size. Convert to PNG or JPG for apps that need a regular image.
